This privacy statement oversees all our processing operations. These privacy conditions apply to the visit to and use of our websites of, as well as information, recommendations and / or services made available to you on or via this website.

Processing donorship or one-time donation
We record personal data of relations, donors or donors (hereinafter: "donor") such as name, address, place of residence, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address and financial data for the execution of the donation or processing of a one-off donation.

In order to show you targeted posts or advertisements, we may use the possibilities offered by social media platforms to advertise through them, such as Facebook target groups. We do not use custom audiences based on e-mail addresses.
Via the privacy settings of the social media channel you can unsubscribe from advertisements or change your preferences.

Processing applications for rehoming
We record personal data of potential clients such as name, address, place of residence, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address and relevant medical data in order to process the application.

Processing registrations as a host family
We record personal data of potential puppy foster families such as name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address and living situation in order to process the registration.
How do we process personal data?
We process personal data in the following ways:

Database: Donor data is stored externally in a secure system. We use the integrated Donorbox application for this.Donorbox is a company operated by Rebel Idealist Inc.Learn More about Donorbox.

E-mail sending: we use the WIx platform to send e-mails to our donors, subscribers or clients with e-mail addresses.

Online payments: donations via iDeal and/or credit card are made via the integrated Donorbox application. Stripe Inc. processes the payment between our donation platform and your bank or credit card provider. Learn More

Special personal data: data of clients is stored in its own database.

Special data: in order to be able to process the application for a relocation, we record special data, which have been obtained via the online contact form.

Rights of those involved
